Step 1: Let's get together!
We'll either grab a coffee, dinner, or hop on a quick video call to get to know each other & talk about the process. This helps ease any nerves, sets expectations, & starts your real estate journey off on the right foot.
Step 2: Financing
After you sign the Buyer Agreement, I'll get you in contact with a lender who will take care of getting you pre-approved so we know exactly how much you can afford before we go shopping.
Step 3: Shopping!
Grab your most easily slip-on-able shoes, because we're going home shopping! At this point I will have set you up in an automated search that matches your specified criteria of homes. From there, we will choose properties to go view that pique your interest and if any speak to you, we will be well-prepared for our next step.
Step 4: Making an Offer
I'm here to provide you with thorough guidance to create a fine-tuned and attractive offer. This is a critical step in the transaction & each offer includes proposed purchase prices, terms & conditions, deadlines for contingencies & inspections, and any other negotiables we agree upon. You are my top priority!
Step 5: Under Contract & Moving Forward
I'll keep you on track for all deadlines and milestones like inspections, appraisals, loan & insurance requirements, etc.
Step 6: Closing Day!
We meet at the title company's office to close on your new home, where we will sign closing paperwork and settle up closing costs Then you'll get the keys & we'll celebrate!
Step 7: Time to Move In!
Once you have the keys & possession is officially transferred, you can enjoy your new home! I have impeccable taste in wine & cheese for night one charcuterie.
