Step 4: Showings & Open Houses
The first weekend on the market is one of the most important! I will likely host several open houses and schedule showings heavily during this time to get the competition heated up and hopefully receive offers quickly. This will give us a good idea of the interest we're working with and who knows, maybe you'll be ready for that next step already!

Step 1: Let's get together!
We'll either grab a coffee, dinner, or hop on a quick video call to get to know each other & talk about the process. This helps ease any nerves, sets expectations, & starts your real estate journey off on the right foot.

Step 2: Marketing & Home Preparation
I have a comprehensive listing prep procedure that ensures we think of everything from tidying up to photography and how to get your home in front of the right people.

Step 3: Your Home is
on the Market!

You are going to see photos & videos of your house everywhere online and there will be signage all around the neighborhood, so be prepared to talk about real estate for awhile! By leveraging my online network as well as my extensive relationships in the industry; visibility will be high and your home is bound to be a hit.

Step 5: Reviewing Offers
Once we receive an offer(s), we will review them and see if any meet your requirements. If not, we can negotiate terms, or simply decline. I'm here to offer my expertise as a resource for you to make the best decision possible.

Step 6: Under Contract!
This is our time to communicate effectively and close this deal! I will remind you of all deadlines, appointments, inspections, etc. Almost there!

Step 7: SOLD!

Yep, you did it! You made it to the closing table and you're about to see the equity you've been waiting for. Congrats! Now...is it time to buy another house?
